Por lo que parece cualquiera puede distribuir el paquete de fuentes siempre que lo haga sin ánimo de lucro, no se modifique y que no lo incluya en otros productos.
Supongo que si interesase se podrían copiar a una web y que el paquete msttcorefonts descargara las fuentes de ahí.
