Hasta donde yo entiendo, a lo que obliga la licencia es, simplemente, a estar en disposición de proporcionar el código fuente en soporte físico, este sí, de forma gratuita, al comprador de software GPL en código objeto o formato ejecutable, si lo solicitase. Que bien pudiera no solicitarlo.
