Como podemos ver en su web (www.scummvm.org), tanto Flight of the Amazon Queen (FOTAQ) como Beneath a Steel Sky (BASS) están disponibles como freeware (más abajo) tanto el código (que es específico de cada uno y está integrado en scummvm) como el artwork (bajada aparte, desde misma web).

También está el caso de los Broken Sword, el 1 y el 2, que el código podemos decir que es libre porque está también en scummvm. El artwork no es libre, salvo las cutscenes, que originalmente usaban Bink y éste sigue sin ser libre.

Esto hacía que no se pudiese disfrutar del juego, así que los chicos de Revolution han hecho disponible en la web las cutscenes usando MPEG2. Un ejemplo que espero que cunda, que mucho liberar Homeworld, pero pasa lo mismo con el uso de Bink...

A continuación, la licencia de BASS (la de FOTAQ es prácticamente igual), que permite libre distribución en conjunto (como decía el Pobrecito Hablador, no puedes tomar los gráficos para tus usos...), pero impide uso comercial, aunque permite expresamente su inclusión en una distro:
