Eso de "sorpresa latex" me había sonado a que te habías encontrado un condón de más en la caja que habías comprado, que venía firmado por Dinio o algo así. Lo que son las palabras.

Creo que lo que no puedes hacer es cambiarlo y redistribuirlo sin cambiarle de nombre (lógico, ¿no?). Un saludo

Lo siento, pero no entiendo donde está el problema. Tú piensas que algo está mal en spanish.ldf pero el maintainer no piensa lo mismo. Pues haces "mv spanish.ldf spanish_dadez.ldf", lo modificas y lo copias/distribuyes como te venga en gana. ¿Cuál es el problema? Incluso puedes hacer una nueva distribución de LaTeX y no incluir el spanish.ldf y sí el spanish_dadez.ldf

Es como si a ti te pareciera que el kernel.c de linux está mal y a Linus Torvalds le pareciera que estás flipado. La única diferencia es que la gpl no te obliga a renombrar el kernel.c antes de modificarlo, pero siempre podrías llamarlo kernel_dadez.c y ya está.

De verdad no entiendo a qué viene tanto escándalo.
