Deacurdo, pues que la llamen myGPL y santas pascuas. Creo que proponia un enfoque mas correcto, consultar a un abogado.
NSA por lo que saca tus conclusiones.
Nota de Torvalds:
" Also note that the only valid version of the GPL as far as the kernel is concerned is _this_ particular version of the license (ie v2, not v2.2 or v3.x or whatever), unless explicitly otherwise stated."
Segundo parrafo del punto 9 de GPL:
"Each version is given a distinguishing version number. If the Program specifies a version number of this License which applies to it and "any later version", you have the option of following the terms and conditions either of that version or of any later version published by the Free Software Foundation. If the Program does not specify a version number of this License, you may choose any version ever published by the Free Software Foundation."
Habla de dos casos, y la nota habla de un tercero. Puede que me precipitara al ponerlo como ejemplo.
