No iría mal, gdb funciona bien pero si quieres visualizar estructuras de datos mínimamente complejas resulta bastante doloroso.

Teniendo KDbg [kdbg.org] ¿para qué otro front-end basado en Qt? Podían portarlo a Gnome, es el escritorio oficial de GNU, y servir de reemplazo de Dryad, que es muy limitado.

Recuerdo haberlo usado en tiempos (como todos usan como backend el gdb). Hablando de qt, ha salido la versión QT4.4 [osnews.com]

(2008/05/06) New plans for DDD. The new maintainer has communicated to the official DDD distribution list about the intention of change the GUI to a Qt based interface. At the end, it seems that what is going to happens is that DDD will have two branches, one with a GUI based in Qt and other based in Gtkmm, with a common core that will be independent of the GUI. So, it will be possible putting any other GUI based in any other library. As you know Qt is GPL v3 licensed.

Tal parece que GTK+ no quedará fuera.

Me alegra oir esto, ya que me gusta usar DDD y ya estaba algo viejito.
