¿De qué va?

Yo no me entero muy bien de qué va el tema. Aparentemente, ahora no hay nada, aparte de un sitio web con muchos errores en inglés y una pintura de un flamenco. Todo son promesas; la mayoría de las páginas hablan del futuro, o están en construcción.
Si lo que pretenden hacer es otro SourceForge, ya está hecho. Y me extraña mucho que MandrakeSoft financie a través de GPLFarm nada; como empresa basada en GPL puede pagar a quien quiera para hacer lo que quiera.
Tampoco queda claro cómo van a pagar, qué tipo de contratos van a hacer, etc, etc... Pese a parecer un troll, me da la impresión de que es una fantasmada.

Am I the application's copyright owner?
No. The copyright owner of any application will be GPL Farm. Your name and contact information as the developer will be on the credits file included on each application. But remember that we'll re-license all the software under the GNU/GPL license, and after that you can do whatever you want following the GPL rules and terms. On our contract we'll specify that you'll give all the right over the application to the GPL Farm, but we always will respect the credits on the software creation. The software will become GPL "only" after our release. That is the condition.
