A continuación pego el mensaje completo que les escribí y su contestación:» La faena es que las marcas comerciales se pueden perder si no se defienden, así que no es que Creative Commons sea incoherente sino que tienen mucho cuidado con la ley. Por eso son útiles, porque no sólo se quejan y gesticulan, sino que usan la ley para su propósito, que es conseguir una cultura libre.

I feel myself very identified with free software and free culture movements. Whenever I can, I talk about them to people here in Spain to find that most of them have never heard about these movements. I was thinking about making T-shirts and stickers with the creative commons logo the give to family and friends. Would these kind of (non commercial) marketing be allowed by Creative Commons Project? If I am allowed, where can I find artwork of the Creative Commons Project (images and logos os big size)?

It's great to hear from you and about your efforts to promote the goals of free software and free culture. Unfortunately, we cannot authorize you to apply our logo to t-shirts and stickers etc. because we need to preserve our trademark - it's a key part of our licensing model.
